How long does merchandise take to produce?

Our standard turnaround target is 7–21 days from artwork approval (and once stock is confirmed), depending on the product, quantity and branding method. If you have a fixed deadline, tell us upfront and we’ll advise what’s realistic.

Can you do rush orders?

Sometimes, yes — it depends on the item and current production capacity. Send us your deadline, quantity and delivery/collection preference and we’ll offer the quickest suitable options.

What branding methods do you offer?

Branding varies by product, but common methods include print, embroidery, screen printing, transfer print, engraving (where suitable) and more. We’ll recommend the best method based on your logo, the item material and the finish you want.

What artwork do you need from me?

If you have a logo, send what you’ve got — we can usually work with it. The best files are vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG, or print-ready PDF). High-resolution PNGs can work for some items too, and we’ll tell you if anything needs adjusting. Yes. We provide artwork checks and guidance to ensure your logo is suitable for the chosen product and branding method. This helps avoid issues during production.

Will I see a proof before you make anything?

Yes. We’ll send an artwork proof for approval so you can check layout, positioning and key details. Production starts once you’ve approved the proof.

Can you match my brand colours exactly?

We’ll match colours as closely as possible, but exact colour matching can vary by material and print method. If you need a precise match (e.g., Pantone), let us know and we’ll advise the best approach.

Do you deliver, and can I collect from Cheltenham?

Yes — we offer UK delivery, and you’re also welcome to collect from Cheltenham.
